Manually generate and send invoice to attendee with one click

Manaully generate and send the invoice in one click.

As an organizer I only want to send the invoice after the payment has been made. So he can't just attach it to the confirmation email.

An automatic email is sent in addition where you just find the invoice:

Click on "generate invoice".
a pop appears where you can:
"download invoice"
"send invoice"'.
