Stock management - Quantity shared across multiple options

Managing ticket availability across multiple options just got a whole lot easier. With our new Shared Quantity Management feature, you can now link ticket options to a single stock pool, saving you time and reducing the complexity of tracking inventory.

Link Options with a Parent-Child Structure

Designate one option as the Parent and connect other options (children) to it. The child options will share the parent’s quantity, so you don’t have to adjust each one individually. When one option is sold, it automatically reduces the available stock for all linked options.

Choose Between Self Stock and Shared Quantity

For each ticket option, you’ll now see two choices: Self Stock (manage each option's stock separately) or Shared Quantity. If you select Shared Quantity, you can link it to a parent option, ensuring a unified inventory count across related options.

Use Case in Action

Picture this: you have two ticket options for your event, each with a different price but drawing from a shared pool of 100 seats:

Option A: €50 per ticket Option B: €100 per ticket

With shared quantities, you’ll have a single inventory count that tracks availability across both options, providing a smoother experience for you and your attendees.
