Multiple entries of same payment gateway per profile

This feature allows to add 2 payment gateway integrations within the same profile. Per event you can then choose which integration you wish to use.

For example: As an organiser using Stripe as a payment gateway I would like to be able to store both production and test keys in idloom so that I can easily test and then switch to production payment gateway.
